Plans and pricing

An attempt is counted when a candidate first starts an online assessment or a host admits them to a Live Interview. A started attempt still counts if the candidate leaves, times out or evaluation fails; resuming, submitting and evaluating the same attempt add no charge. Invitations are unlimited while your account has access, and candidates who never start use no attempts.

No. Every plan includes unlimited team members with admin, recruiter and interviewer roles; you pay for candidate attempts, not seats.

No. Online assessments and Live Interviews share one allowance and the same extra-attempt price. A Live Interview consumes one attempt when the host admits the candidate.

Extra attempts are charged at the rate shown on your plan, in batches of the size shown there, and a smaller remainder is collected at each monthly billing date, even on an annual plan. Once a full batch is unpaid, or while any invoice is unpaid, new candidates cannot start; candidates who already started can finish, and invitations can still be sent. The trial never charges for extra attempts.

The trial lasts 7 days, includes 10 candidate attempts and 5 new assessments, and needs no credit card. When it ends or you use all 10 attempts, pick a plan so more candidates can start; your assessments and results stay exactly where you left them.

An upgrade starts a new full billing term on the day of the upgrade and is charged at once; the value of included attempts you paid for and have not used is deducted from that charge. Unused time is not credited and nothing is refunded in cash. Extra attempts already used must be paid before an upgrade is accepted.

Every paid plan, including annual plans, has the same fair-use ceiling of 300 new assessments per month, counted from the day your subscription started. What you don’t use doesn’t carry over or earn a credit when you change plans. At 300, you can create more when the next month starts; email us at [email protected] if you need more sooner.

An assessment counts once it is created and ready to use. A creation that fails does not count, and deleting an assessment does not give its count back. On a paid plan, a copy made with Reuse assessment does not count; during the free trial, it counts as one of the trial’s new assessments.

You choose USD, GBP or EUR at your first payment and keep that currency. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
